Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Inpatients who were included in the intravenous thrombolytic process of alteplase in our hospital, according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2010; 3. Receiving intravenous rtPA treatment within 4.5 hours of onset; 4. Clear neurological deficit NIHSS>1; 5. The informed consent form signed by the patient or the legally authorized agent of the patient has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Serious consciousness disturbanceNIHSS-1a>1?mRS>0 bofore onset?Severe mental disorder and dementia?Suffering from severe systemic diseases and the estimated survival time 80U/L or past history of severe liver disease?CCr <30ml/min or past history of severe kidney disease.
