Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years, gender not limited. 2. patients with clear diagnosis of cholecystectomy by b-ultrasound or CT, and no bile duct injury, wound infection, residual gallstones, abscess formation or bile duct stenosis after surgery. 3. voluntarily participate in and abide by the clinical trial protocol, sign the written informed consent of the subject, and accept the review and follow-up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of taking antibiotics or probiotics in the last month. 2. patients with other organic diseases, such as chronic liver disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and chronic inflammation of the small intestine or colon. 3. patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery. 4. during menstruation, pregnancy or lactation. 5. those who are seriously ill or suffer from physical and mental diseases and cannot cooperate with the test. 6. patients with other undesirable factors (severe constipation or diarrhea) considered by the researchers.
