Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with aortic disease who plan to undergo ascending aorta + total aortic arch replacement + stent rhinoplasty; (alternative surgery: total thoracic and abdominal aortic replacement at room temperature); (2) the preoperative temperature was lower than 37.3 degree C; (3) willing to participate in the clinical study and sign the informed concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) low cardiac function (ultrasound EF<30%); (2) complicated with other serious diseases of the system, such as active hepatitis and malignant tumor; (3) lung tumors; (4) previous history of pulmonary surgery; (5) severe pulmonary infection; (6) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (7) patients with significant cognitive impairment; (8) patients requiring complex aortic root surgery.
