20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnosis criteria for puerperal depression according to the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-V (2) aged 20 ~ 40 years, within 8 weeks postpartum; (3) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score >= 9; (4) the first attack without treatment; (5) right-handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) DSM-V diagnosis of other mental disorders; (2) current or previous suffering from neurological diseases that affect brain function, or serious physical diseases; (3) history of drug abuse or dependence; (4) hormone contraception; (5) contraindication of MRI examination; (6) MRI image quality is not qualified.
