Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family gave written informed consents to participate in this study; 2. Patients with hemiplegia caused by primary intracerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; 3. Patients meets the following criteria at the initial assessment: (1) Within 90 days after onset; (2) Aged 20 to 75 years; (3) Body weight between 40 and 90 kg; (4) Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) score = 2; (7) The patient can cooperate and complete the command action required by the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of myocardial infarction; 2. Muscular or neurological disorder including severe diabetic neuropathy; 3. Symptomatic angina or arrhythmia; 4. Symptomatic respiratory disorder; 5. Communicable infection; 6. Joint contracture or limb deformity that affects walking (Range of motion of hip; extension = 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 120 mmHg); 11. Inadequate control of tachycardia (heart rate at rest >= 120 bpm); 12. Training restriction due to reduced cardiac function or respiratory dysfunction; 13. Visual or auditory impairment hindering training; 14. Pregnant patients; 15. Recent participation in other clinical trials; 16. Patient whom examination doctor judge improper as a trial subject.
