Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 - 65 years, BMI 18.5 - 28 and ASA: I - II, patients who need painless endoscopy in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with difficulty in communication; patients with difficulty in establishing peripheral veins; patients with polyp removal for more than half an hour; patients with allergy, motion sickness, renal insufficiency, alcoholism and drug addiction; patients have history of chronic pain syndrome, thrombophlebitis, or neurological disease.
