Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 50 years, male. 2. AMS >= 27 points. 3. IPSS > 7 points. 4. TT <= 11.5nmol/L; TSI<= 2.8nmol/IU. 5. Total Testosterone <= 11.5nmol/L, Testosterone Secretion Index <= 2.8nmol/IU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pituitary or testicular organic diseases. 2. Prostate cancer or prostate specific antigen (PSA) >= 4 ug/L did not exclude the high risk of prostate cancer. 3. Patients with polycythemia. 4. Patients with severe sleep apnea syndrome. 5. Pelvic surgery, major trauma or neurogenic bladder. 6. Severe obesity, diabetes, sleep disorders and urinary tract infections. 7. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases. 8. Patients with severe mental illness. 9. Subjects are participating in other clinical trials or have used sex hormones or drugs that affect sex hormone levels in the past three months. 10. Those who are using alpha receptor blockers, PDE-5 inhibitors or other drugs to improve LUTS.
