Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 18-74 years; 2) pulmonary nodules after imaging screening, which are suspected to be lung cancer lesions; 3) plan to receive surgery or needle biopsy to confirm the pathological diagnosis; 4) sputum can be coughed routinely or sputum can be coughed under the guidance of medical personnel, or bronchial examination can be conducted to obtain bronchial lavage fluid.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) imaging examination determined pulmonary nodules as metastatic nodules; 2) have a clear history of cancer or are currently receiving any form of anti-tumor therapy; 3) other pulmonary diseases (active tuberculosis, asthma, idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis); 4) pregnancy (pregnancy is defined as the state of a woman from pregnancy to termination confirmed by a positive hCG laboratory test); 5) imaging screening positive suspected lung cancer but refused to carry out histological diagnosis; 6) mental illness; 7) informed consent cannot be signed.
