Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both retrospective and prospective studies are inclued in our study. In the retrospective study: patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis or diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, in the range of 0~18 years old and from January 2004 to October 2019. In the prospective study: patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage, initial diagnosis without treatment before, in the range of 0~18 years old and from November 2019 to October 2020.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In the retrospective study: 1. patients with pulmonary hemorrhage caused by the acute lung injury due to severe infection; 2. patients with endocrine system diseases. In the prospective study: 1. patients with pulmonary hemorrhage caused by the acute lung injury due to severe infection; 2. patients with endocrine system diseases; 3. patients with poor compliance, or those who can't provide the information about the disease assessment and treatment response; 4. patients with contraindication or allergy to the drugs included in our stuty; 5. patients who aren't in accordance with the diagnosis of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage during the following time.
