Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for amblyopia; 2. Monocular amblyopia; 3. Strabismus amblyopia,Anisometropic amblyopia; 4. Aged 18-45 years; 5. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of epilepsy, a history of idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives, and the use of epileptic drugs; 2. Patients with diabetes or serious cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and mental disorders; 3. Severe cognitive and communication impairment and inability to cooperate; 4. Wear a pacemaker, have a metal or electronic implant in the skull, or have a skull defect; 5. Direct injury to the stimulus area; 6. There are implants such as heart pacemakers, artificial metal heart valves, insulin pumps, medication pumps, aneurysm clips (except for non-paramagnetic devices such as titanium alloys); 7. Severe hyperthermia; 8. claustrophobic; 9. Functional magnetic resonance imaging examines uncooperative patients; 10. Patients who had received any form of amblyopia treatment within the last 3 months; 11. Amblyopia with nystagmus; 12. Amblyopia with eye movement disorder; 13. Amblyopia with ocular trauma; 14. Amblyopia with cataract and/or vitreous surgery; 15. Patients with binocular amblyopia.
