Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and Mogensen staging criteria for diabetic nephropathy established by WHO in 1999, 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic nephropathy were screened from the community population of Suzhou new district. The patients were further divided into microalbuminuria group (urinary albumin excretion rate 30-300 mg/24 h) and macroalbuminuria group (urinary albumin excretion rate > 300 mg/24 h). At the same time, 30 healthy people were compared.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients combined with autoimmune diseases, acute or chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases, trauma, tumors, dialysis or kidney transplantation should be excluded from the group.
