Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Control group: (1) aged >40 years; (2) healthy subjects without COPD or T2DM. 2. Test group: COPD group: (1) aged >40 years; (2) patient are diagnosed with COPD according to the 2019 GOLD guide: patient who has dyspnea, chronic cough or sputum production, and/or a history of exposure to risk factors for the disease, spirometry shows the presence of a post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC 40 years; (2)patient with typical symptoms ,such as polydipsia, polyuria and unexplained weight loss, and any point of blood glucose > =11.1mmol/L, or blood glucose at fasting state >=7.0mmol/L or blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L 2 hours after 75g glucose load; (3)exclude patients with COPD. COPD and T2DM group: (1) aged >40 years; (2)patients with COPD and T2DM.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of asthma or other respiratory diseases (bronchodilation, interstitial pneumonia, occupational lung disease, sarcoidosis, etc.); 2. History of lobectomy or lung cancer; 3. Tuberculosis: active tuberculosis, old tuberculosis affects lung function (such as chronic fibrovascular tuberculosis, lung damage, tuberculous pleurisy caused by extensive pleural hypertrophy); 4. Clinically significant history of circulatory failure; 5. Obvious contraindications for spirometry (history of myocardial infarction, cerebral artery or aortic aneurysm, history of eye surgery, hemoptysis).
