Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15-60 years, male or female; 2. Chronic otitis media was diagnosed and met the guidelines for clinical classification and surgical classification of otitis media (2012), and was the first time to undergo surgical treatment; 3. Perforation of tympanic membrane tension: dry ear for more than 1 month; 4. Electrical hearing was conductive deafness or mixed deafness; 5. Subjects volunteer to be tested and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous operations on the same ear; 2. Allergic rhinitis, nasal septum deviation or turbinate hypertrophy; 3. Congenital craniofacial deformity, cleft palate and down syndrome; 4. Those with severe anxiety, depression and suicidal tendencies, or those with a family history of mental illness; 5. Patients in critical condition or dying can't participate in this study; 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Pregnant and nursing women; 8. Combined with respiratory tract infection.
