Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine for stroke; 2. Aged 60-75 years, and gender is not limited; 3. Mild cognitive impairment: MOCA< 26 points (if the number of years of education is less than or equal to 12 years, one point should be added to the examination result); 4. Balance function: Berg score 21-40; 5. Both the patient and his legal guardian agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with aphasia and hearing impairment who cannot communicate with others in normal speech; 2. Serious bone, joint and muscle diseases; 3. Patients with liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental disorders; 4. Education level than primary school; 5. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 6. Currently taking medications that improve cognitive function.
