18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years old; 2) Endoscopic and pathological examinations suggest normal esophagus, esophagitis, early esophageal cancer, and advanced esophageal cancer; 3) Voluntarily accept and abide by this protocol, receive review and follow-up on time, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are antibiotics in recent 2 months or a history of PPI or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 2 weeks; 2) Taken probiotics in the past week; 3) Taken proton pump inhibitor in the past 2 weeks; 4) Receive preoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 5) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other organic diseases cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery; 6) pregnant and lactating women; 7) With psychosomatic diseases and unable to cooperate with the tester.
