Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. outclinic patients whom has completed gastroscopy and(or) colonoscopy and being diagnosed as gastric polyps and/or colorectal polyps planning for endoscopic polypectomy; 2. helicobacter pylori virulence test in the same period; 3. no contraindication for helicobacter pylori eradication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hyperplastic polyps, inflammatory polyps, lymphoma polyps and other non-adenomatous polyps; 2. Diseases that affect the incidence of colorectal tumors, such as inflammatory bowel disease, black spot polyp syndrome, colon melanosis, familial polyposis, Gardner syndrome, etc.; 3. Diseases or clinical conditions that may interfere with the study treatment assessment, such as liver disease, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, kidney disease, metabolic disease, mental disease or malignant tumor; 4. previous gastric surgery history, atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric malignant tumor, etc; Patients who had been treated to eradicate Hp; 5. cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitors, antibiotics, NSAIDs, antibiotics, bismuth, proton pump inhibitors or H2 receptor blockers used within 4 weeks; 6. patients who took anticoagulant drugs within one week; 7. participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before this clinical study.
