18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically diagnosed as diffuse large B cell lymphoma; 2. There is at least one imaging measurable leision with the longest diameter >=6cm; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. ECOG PS 0-2 points; 5. Life expentacy >=3 months; 6. Willing to sign the written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy or lactation, or fertile patients who are not willing to take contraceptive measures; 2. History of embolism, thrombosis, or cerebral infraction; 3. Hepatic dysfunction with total bilirubin>1.5 times of normal maximum, AST /ALT>2.5 times of normal maximum, or AST/ALT>5 times of normal maximum or renal dysfunction with creatinin>1.5 times of normal maximum; 4. Neutrophils <1.0 x 10^9/L or platelets <50 x 10^9/L, unless related to bone marrow infiltration; 5. Severe and uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; 6. With mental disorders, or those who could not sign the written consent; 7. With central nervous system lymphoma; 8. Any other histological type of cancer; 9. History of HIV infection; 10. Other conditions that investigators consider inappropriate to join this trial.
