Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. exclution of T2DM and severe dyslipidemia; 3. BMI 30 to 23kg/m2; 4. serum fasting BG<7.0 mmol/L; 5. experience of physical examination within recent 1 year and the results are accessible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with T2DM according to WHO standards (1999); 2. lipid concentration exceeding the standard of "mildly hyperlipidemia": TG>=2.30 mmol/L, and/or LDL-C>=4.1mmol/L, and/or TC>=6.2 mmol/L, and/or non-HDL-C>=4.9mmol/L; 3. diagnosed with coronary asthrosclerosis, and having history of stroke; 4. diagnosed with refractory HTN; 5. diagnosed with primary HTN, and prescribed with medication including thiazine-based diuretics; 6. diagnosed with PCOS; 7. diagnosed with severe hepatic or renal impairment; 8. women in gestation or lactation, or women receiving estrogen replacement therapy after menopause; 9. having drug or alcohol abuse; 10. thyroid dysfunction; 11. hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction; 12. being prescribed with glucocorticoids.
