Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-45 years; 2. Complying with the diagnostic criteria of POR: (1) older age (> 40 years old) or other risk factors for poor ovarian response; (2) POR in the previous IVF cycle, the number of eggs obtained by routine protocol was less than 3; (3) decreased ovarian reserve (AFC < 5-7 or AMH < 0.5-1.1 mg/L); POR could be diagnosed by satisfying at least two of the above three criteria. If the age is less than 40 years old or the ovarian reserve function is normal, POR can also be diagnosed in patients who have been given maximized ovarian stimulation for two consecutive cycles. 3. IVF patients who agreed to participate and cooperate with therapeutic observation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine organic lesions; 2. Patients with untreated systemic endocrine diseases or other reproductive endocrine diseases; 3. The man suffers from severe oligozoospermia/weakness/teratozoa.
