Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No pulmonary infection or urinary tract infection was found at the time of hospitalization; CMV and BK virus DNA were negative in hematuria, and no malignant tumors were found during follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete basic information; patients who refused to be included in the group; patients with unknown causes of elevated serum creatinine, recipients of second kidney transplantation; uncorrected coagulation dysfunction.
