Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of elective abdominal surgery in general anesthesia; 2. Expected surgery duration more than 2 hours; 3. Aged >=65 years; 4. vitamin D insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refused to participate; 2. vitamin D contraindication patients: hypercholesterolemia, hyperphosphatemia, chronic renal insufficiency (need dialysis patients), vitamin D allergy; 3. ASA>=4.
