18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. The patients with clinically diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis but negative sputum smear 3 times and negative sputum culture 1 time; 3. Negative bronchoalveolar lavage fluid or bronchial biopsy smear or culture; 4. The patients who had no effect after 2-weeks regular anti-inflammatory treatment; 5. The patient with pleural effusion (hydrothorax > 50mL); 6. The patients who have given informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who cannot control cough or do not cooperate with the examination; 2. The patients with bleeding tendency or coagulopathy; 3. The patients with severe pulmonary hypertension; 4. The patients with poor cardio-pulmonary function; 5. Pleural effusion has been enveloped, pleural fiberboard formed, and thoracoscopy cannot enter the chest.
