Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the above western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome diagnosis standards; Elderly patients over 75 years old; Willing to accept the treatment of research methods, to ensure good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital, metabolic and iatrogenic intertrochanteric fractures; Patients with tuberculosis and tumor; Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or liver and kidney diseases; Had received other relevant treatment, which could affect the effect indicator observer of this study; Unwilling to accept the study or unable to objectively fill in the research effect indicators
