Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Resting heart rate (in the ECG examination one week before enrollment) > 110 beats / min; 3. Previously did not receive cardioversion, catheter ablation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to ivabradine and ß-blockers; 2. Pre-excitation syndrome in previous diagnosis; 3. Valvular heart disease; 4. Acute pericarditis, acute myocarditis or constrictive pericarditis; 5. Restrictive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 6. Hyperthyroidism; 7. Incomplete severe renal function (estimated glomerular filtration rate 200 mmol/l); 8. Treatment-resistant cardiogenic shock (systolic blood pressure 30 min); 9. Persistently high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >110 mmHg); 10. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, infection, sepsis or other inflammatory diseases; 11. Hospitalization in the past 3 months; 12. History of malignant tumors; 13. Pregnant and/or lactating female; 14. Life expectancy < 1 year; 15. Participating in other clinical trials; 16. Researchers believe patients are not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons.
