Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-65 years; 2. ASA I, II; 3. BMI < 25; 4. the proposed inspection time is 15min-1h; 5. voluntarily participate in this test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of drug allergy or nerve paralysis; 2. patients with difficulty in intravenous trocar catheterization; 3. unable to provide informed consent and language communication difficulties; 4. patients with difficult endotracheal intubation were evaluated in advance; 5. local phlebitis and thrombosis; 6. long-term use of sedatives, analgesics or hypertension drugs; 7. patients with gastroesophageal reflux; 8. drug users; 9. patients with heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 10. patients with hypoglycemia, acupuncture shock and other reasons before examination could not cooperate with this study; 11. patients after cardiac pacemaker surgery or heart stent placement.
