Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of ASA I - III, aged >=65 years, who will be scheduled for elective Robotic-assisted endoscopic surgery in ST position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to study medicine; serious systemic disease; obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome; suspected difficult tracheal intubation; body mass more than 28kg/m2; history of drug or alcohol abuse; MMSE scale before the operation less than 27; refuse to participate the study; refuse to write informed consent.
