Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke according to the relevant standards in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014; (2) Conforms to the thrombolysis criteria of alteplase in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014 and receive intravenous thrombolysis within 4.5 h from the onset; (3) There is clear neurological deficit, and NIHSS>1; (4) The patient or the patient's legally authorized agent gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Receive other intravascular treatment such as arterial thrombolysis or mechanical thrombectomy; (2) mRS > 0 before onset; (3) Complicated with severe mental disorder or dementia; (4) Suffering from severe systemic disease and expected survival 80 U/L or previous severe liver disease; (6) Creatinine clearance <30 mL/min or previous severe kidney disease.
