18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. BMI 27.5-34.9kg/m2; 3. The body fat ratio of men> 20%, women> 28%; 4. Willing to reduce the weight and be able to skillfully use smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having received weight reduction surgery; 2. Hypertension or be using antihypertensive drugs; 3. Diabetes or are using hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Combined with symptomatic or diagnosed lung diseases; 6. Combined with acute non-cardiac diseases; 7. Combined with other sports may aggravate nerve, muscle, skeletal muscle, rheumatic diseases; 8. Six months of surgery (except surface surgery); 9. Combined with serious mental or psychological disorders; 10. Be taking hormones or other drugs that may affect metabolic indicators; 11. Can't accept or have no time to cooperate with more than 6 months of exercise and/or diet control; 12. No informed consent has been signed.
