Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25 to 70 years old adult patients who underwent colonoscopy due to the reason of gastrointestinal symptoms; 2. Patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental and/or psychologic illness; 2. Patients who could not tolerate the examination of enteroscopy; 3. Patients with intestinal malignant tumors, polyps (diameter > 5mm), proctitis, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal ulcer as a result of enteroscopy; 4. Patients who received drugs that affected the study within 1 month before and after the enteroscopy, including Antibiotics, other types of probiotics, A variety of drugs that inhibit the secretion of gastric acid, Cytokines, immunosuppressants and cytotoxicity, The Hormones; Other drugs that affect intestinal flora, patients with AIDS or have used immunosuppressive agents in the past one month; Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patients who are allergic to polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and/or Mei-Chang-An. Previous healthy, no basic gastrointestinal tract, liver, gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; no history of cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrinal, renal disease, hematological diseases and other systemic diseases; 6. With history of infectious diseases within the past 1 month.
