Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: osteoporosis patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of end stage hip disease, and peri-operative femoral canal classification was Dorr C type.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: end stage hip disea patients without receiving hip arthroplasty; patients received total hip arthroplasty whose femoral canal classification type was not Dorr C
