18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI >=32.5; 2. patients undergoing elective gastric volume reduction surgery under general anesthesia and laparoscopy; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Moderate or high risk of postoperative pulmonary complications; 5. ASA grade I-III; 6. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, GOLD grade III-IV); 2. History of severe or uncontrolled bronchial asthma; 3. Patients with pulmonary metastases; 4. Renal replacement therapy is being performed before surgery; 5. Congestive heart failure (NYHA class III-IV); 6. Patients who cannot be extubated in time after surgery and need to be taken back to the ICU.
