Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. BMI 28 to 40 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary obese patients (such as Cushing syndrome); 2. people diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or baseline fasting blood glucose >=7.0mmol/l, HbA1c>=6.5%; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. people with infections, malignant tumors, severe liver dysfunction (hepatic enzymes greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal), abnormal renal function (the serum creatinine is 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal and / or a large amount of proteinuria), severe heart disease or uncontrolled thyroid function; 5. patients with drug or alcohol addiction or have uncontrollable mental illness; 6. cognitive impairment or immature intelligence, other circumstances in which informed consent cannot be given; 7. Drugs that affect weight (including GLP-1, metformin, orlistat, etc.) have been used; 8. people who lost more than 3kg in the first three months of enrollment.
