5 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Treatment Group: 1. diagnosed with Ectodermal dysplasia(ED) Anodontia or a maximum of 4 teeth remaining in oral cavity; 2. wearing denture for at least six months with no discomfort and right vertical dimension and occlusion. Control Group: Natural dentition, normal occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ED children have other systemic disease or/and temporomandibular joint disorder(TMD); 2. poor cooperation with the dentist; 3. poor communication skills; Control group: 4. With TMD, bad oral habits and unilateral chewing; 5. With no apparent facial disharmony 6. With medical history of congenital disease or crainofacial surgery; 7. With caries or the caries cavity has been filled. The molars have massive dental fillings.
