Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The children was who visit to the department of Endocrinology in Fuzhou Children's Hospital of Fujian Province; 2. Obese children,who meet the diagnostic criteria of the growth curve of body mass index of children and adolescents aged 0 ~ 18 years in China; 3. Aged 6 to 15 years old; 4. Children born with well-proportioned and normal length and weight.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological obesity 2. Organic diseases of the heart, liver , kidney or the others, or chronic diseases such as diabetes; 3. Chromosome abnormalities; 4. Severe feeding abnormalities, mental disorders; 5. Has been diagnosed with cancer; 6. A history of glucocorticoid within the nearly six months (> 1 week); 7. A history of antibiotics within a month; 8. With contraindications to moderate or intensive exercise.
