Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Men and women aged 18-65 years; (2) All underwent gastroscopy at the First Affiliated Hospital in Dalian Medical University, suggesting reflux esophagitis; (3) In the past 4 weeks, the use of antacids is ineffective, no drugs that may affect gastrointestinal motility or drugs that have an effect on gastrointestinal motility; and corresponding objective examinations in the past 1 year (gastroscopic or upper gastrointestinal barium meal) Contrast, blood biochemistry and stool tests, etc.) to rule out organic diseases of the digestive system; (4) Volunteer to join the study, can accept questionnaires and cooperate with the examination of electrogastrogram, HRV,etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other digestive diseases such as functional dyspepsia or irritable bowel syndrome; (2) Patients with symptomatic or systemic or metabolic diseases (eg.diabetes, liver disease, etc.); (3) Patients who have had a history of abdominal surgery; (4) History of gastrointestinal tumors and esophageal tumors; (5) Special patients such as pregnancy and lactation; (6) Those who are allergic to ECG electrodes or nutritious meals and contrast agents; (7) Patients with mental illness such as severe anxiety and severe depression.
