Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years; 2. systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg; SBP=14 points on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and <29; 4. good compliance and given written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary hypertension; 2. secondary anxiety(post-stroke anxiety,postoperative anxiety,anxiety secondary to hyperthyroidism,and other anxiety caused by organic diseases,etc); 3. taken tandospirone or other anti-anxiety drugs in the past three months; 4. taking drugs with side effect on blood pressure(such as stimulants and oral contraceptives); 5. severe organic diseases or other life-threatening conditions; 6. allergic to tandospirone; 7. a total score >35 points on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), or having inclination to suicide; 8. other conditions unsuitable for inclusion judged by researchers.
