Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 25 and 80 years old, with balance and walking dysfunction; (2) According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China" (1995 edition), diagnosed as cerebral infarction; diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage according to "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese cerebral hemorrhage" (1995 edition); (3) The first onset of the disease lasted more than 3 weeks; (4) Unilateral stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI; (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brain trauma or other neurological diseases, cerebellar or brainstem stroke, other than stroke; (2) wearing cardiac pacemaker, intracranial metal implant or skull defect; (3) Severe cognitive or communication impairment or inability to express feelings; (4) History of epilepsy; (5) Pregnancy; (6) Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or other serious somatic diseases.
