Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) painless colonoscopy is available in anesthesia clinic for patients aged 18-70 years old, regardless of gender; (2) body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2; (3) the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to III; (4) the examination time should be within 30min (the examination time should be uniformly set as the time from putting in the colonoscopy to taking out it).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) difficulty swallowing, esophageal stenosis, inability to take food orally due to nerve and other diseases; (2) patients with gastrointestinal obstruction and diabetes; (3) renal dysfunction; (4) electrolyte abnormalities; (5) patients who need to fast for several days and patients who receive infusion; (6) long-term use of diuretics, hormone drugs; (7) Poor ultrasonic image quality; (8) tricuspid, pulmonary, mitral, and aortic valves - massive regurgitation or stenosis; (9) patients with high risk of reflux aspiration; (10) ASA III after the treatment of unstable state; (11) choose tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
