Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants provided written informed consent; 2. All AD patients met the inclusion criteria proposed by the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke and Alzheimers Disease and Related Disorders Association (NINCDS-ADRDA)(Stephanie Mroczkowska 2014), which include memory disorder and impairment in at least one additional cognitive domain; 3MCI patients were identified in accordance with the Petersen criteria(Petersen et al. 1999), which include decline in memory; absence of abnormal cognitive function, dementia, or certain cognitive obstruction in everyday life; and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic syndromes such as diabetes or obesity; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension or hypotension; 3. Serious cardiac diseases; 4. Neurologic diseases such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or peripheral nerve diseases; 5. Mental diseases such as hallucination or depressive disorder; 6. Alcohol or drug addiction.
