Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the fourth national academic conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995, the hemiplegia symptom was the first occurrence of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage on this side, and the newly diagnosed patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage were confirmed by CT or MRI, and met the following conditions: stable vital signs and > score of GCS. Aged 40 to 80 years; Physical dysfunction; The duration of disease should not exceed 12 months (at least 3 days after stable condition of cerebral infarction patients and at least 1 week after stable condition of cerebral hemorrhage patients);Brunnstrom had stage iii-iv, limb spasm and Ashworth grade 1-3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recent indications of thrombolysis adaptation or thrombolysis, or one of the following conditions: a history of conscious, mental, and intellectual disorders (including a history of dementia, deafness, and mutism); Combined with serious bone and joint diseases; Joint contracture and/or rigidity; Combined with limb apraxia;Parkinson's syndrome; Epilepsy; Water and electrolyte disturbance; Equipped with a pacemaker; Severe malnutrition; Severe cardiopulmonary disease, respiratory failure; Active liver disease, hepatorenal insufficiency; Congestive heart failure; Malignant progressive hypertension; Not cooperating with treatment; Out-of-town visitors are unavailable.
