30 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the indications of ophthalmic surgery; 2. Patients undergoing surgery under local anesthesia; 3. Patients whose operation time is longer than 15min; 4. admission blood pressure in the normal range (< 140/90mmHg). 5. Willing to participate in this project; 6. Good understanding and communication, able to cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of ophthalmic surgery, hypertension, coronary heart disease, hepatolithiasis and chronic pulmonary heart disease, Diabetes; 2. Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment; 3. severe heart, lung, brain failure and severe systemic complications, heart rate > 100 beats per minute; 4. The examination of bloodliver and kidney function in patients showed blood, liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Blood biochemical examination indicates hypohemoglobinemia.
