Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From October 2017 to June 2019, patients with hypertension (BP>140/90 mmHg) aged 18-80 years were treated in the outpatient or ward of the Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. Finally, 180 cases were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method, 90 cases in intervention group and 90 cases in control group. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, and the informed consent of the subjects was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumors, hypertensive patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, stroke patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure, cognitive and physical dysfunction, and hypertensive patients with chronic renal failure were excluded from the study.
