Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with FEV1 decreased by more than 20% induced by saline; (2) patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: patients with grade 3-4 cardiac function, severe hypertension (blood pressure after antihypertensive treatment was still higher than 160/100mmhg before examination), severe arrhythmia, aortic aneurysm, epilepsy, and increased intracranial pressure; (3) patients with pregnancy; (4) poor cognitive function of patients; (5) patients refused to participate in this clinical study.
