Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participation, no exercise contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign an informed consent statement; 2. To be hospitalized with a serious illness or not to walk fast; 3. Participating in other clinical trials; 4. Take weight-reducing drugs or substitute meals in the first March or after entering the group.
