Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Patients with first onset of stroke; unilateral limb paralysis, the onset time is 1 month to 1 year; 3. Aged 40 to 80 years; 4. Holden walking ability scale 2 or 3 grade; 5. Accompanied by obvious abnormal gait; 6. The patient's vital signs are stable; 7. Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, complicated with acute diseases such as heart, brain and kidney; complications associated with restrictive activities such as severe emphysema and myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with senile dementia or severe cognitive dysfunction (MMSE <17), disturbance of consciousness, and mental disorders; 3. There are serious communication barriers; 4. There is limited activity of inflammation of the joints of the lower extremities; 5. Combined with other neurological diseases, vestibular function or cerebellar dysfunction, serious orthopaedic diseases and complications affecting rehabilitation training.
