Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-65 years old; (2) ASA grades 2-3; (3) ability to comply with the research protocol; (4) voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; (5) patients with liver cancer who are expected to undergo partial liver resection in our hospital, and the liver cancer condition meets hangzhou standard (with HBV or HCV infection history, i.e. the sum of tumor diameter 8cm, but satisfied preoperative AFP <=400us /L, and histological grade was high, medium differentiation, etc.); (6) no primary cardiopulmonary diseases (heart valve disease, emphysema, pneumonia, asthma, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe heart, lung and kidney diseases before operation; 20% above ideal weight; (2) ASA grade >=4; Forced expiratory volume [FEV1] or forced vital capacity [FVC]=10; (3) participants in other clinical trials;Other reasons were not considered appropriate for the clinical trial; (4) those who cannot cooperate in mental state, suffer from mental diseases, have no self-control and cannot express clearly.
