Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects, American Society of Anesthesiologists grade II or III, ready for elective heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). 2. Subjects, understand and voluntarily endorse informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects, a contraindication or hypersensitivity to taking amiodarone and esmolol. 2. A History of bronchial asthma. 3. A history of open heart surgery. 4. Significant arrhythmias, 5. Liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, endocrine disease, any other diseases or pathological conditions that can interfere with the experimental results.
