Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Number of abortions >= 2; 2. Gestational age of abortion < 20 weeks; 3. The couple had normal chromosomes; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have a serious physical disease; 2. have mental disorder or impaired ability to understand unable to cooperate with the researcher; 3. there may be related to abortion occupational exposure; 4. had occurred unplanned pregnancy induced labor.
