Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient can be operated under general anesthesia for a long time. 2. Preoperative ultrasound examination, MRI or CT three-dimensional vascular reconstruction of lower extremity showed that the descending branch of lateral femoral circumflex vessel had appropriate cutaneous perforator vessels or musculocutaneous perforator vessels, providing blood supply to the anterolateral femoral skin and fascia of subcutaneous tissues. 3. The defect of the head and neck cannot be stitched directly, or the function of the defect is seriously affected by the direct suture, so the flap or fascia flap are needed to reconstruct the defect. 4. The patient has a recipient vessel anastomosed with flap in the head and neck.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is acute infection in the repaired area, which is a great risk of infection and necrosis of transplantation.
