Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who were diagnosed as heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) over 3 months according to the 2016 European guidelines for heart failure; 2. With left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <= 40% showed by echocardiography; 3. Cardiac function was classified as level 2 according to the New York heart association (NYHA) cardiac function classification; 4. Being clinically stable at least 4 weeks before enrollment, and have obtained the optimal and stable drug therapeutic regimen; 5. No contraindications for cardiac rehabilitation training and have the ability to perform remote cardiac rehabilitation at home; 6. and have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable angina pectoris; 2. A history of acute coronary syndrome in the last 1 month, a history of coronary artery bypass grafting and pacemaker implantation in the last 2 months; 3. Symptoms and/or exercise-induced arrhythmias or conduction disorders; 4. Heart valve disease or congenital heart disease that requires surgery; 5. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe pulmonary hypertension, or other serious pulmonary diseases; 6. Uncontrolled hypertension, anemia (hemoglobin <= 10.0g/dl); 7. Acute and/or decompensated non-cardiac disease; 8. Physical disability associated with severe musculoskeletal or neurological problems; 9. Acute or chronic inflammatory disease; 10. Serious mental illness.
